Salary: VND 28 – 35 million (Gross)
1. Job Description
- Perform accounting entries in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, ensuring compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations, as well as internal company policies;
- Participate in developing, implementing, and guiding accounting policies, procedures, and systems; provide clarification on financial and accounting matters;
- Review and control expenses, payment documents, contracts, and financial processes to ensure compliance and optimize budget efficiency;
- Prepare, review, and finalize periodic financial statements and annual financial reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency;
- Analyze financial data, identify irregularities, and propose improvements to accounting processes and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors;
- Manage assets, perform accounting entries, and conduct periodic inventory checks;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting;
- Fluent in Chinese (mandatory);
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting; candidates with audit experience are preferred;
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office;
- Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, positive working attitude, and good teamwork skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
3. Preferred Skills
- Experience in environmental, manufacturing, or waste treatment industries;
- Experience working with international partners.

6. Working Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
- Probation period: 2 months
- Location: LK10-21 Tran Quy Kien Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
