Salary: 20 – 25 million VND (Gross)
1. Job Summary
- Review and interpret technical drawings; perform quantity take-offs;
- Develop construction methods and project execution plans;
- Prepare construction cost estimates;
- Manage project progress, construction quality, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene at the site;
- Coordinate subcontractors; supervise construction quantities; control materials and equipment;
- Review and verify payment documents and acceptance records for each project stage;
- Promptly resolve issues related to technical matters, progress, and costs;
- Organize overall project acceptance; prepare completion and as-built documentation;
- Coordinate with investors, supervision consultants, and relevant authorities for project handover.
2. Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial & Civil Construction, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 3 years directly managing construction sites or supervising works;
- Proficient in technical software such as AutoCAD and MS Project;
- Strong understanding of quality management, progress control, occupational safety, and construction acceptance procedures;
- Systematic thinking, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills at the site;
- Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills with design teams, consultants, and project owners.
