Tam Sinh Nghia Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was established in 2006 with the goal of building a sustainable business model in the fields of environmental protection and renewable energy development. The company has received investment from two reputable organizations in the energy and environmental sectors, BCG ENERGY and SUS ENVIRONMENT, providing a solid foundation in technology, finance, and international experience.
From its early days, the company has remained committed to its mission of “turning waste into resources” by implementing modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly waste treatment solutions. We focus on developing municipal solid waste treatment technologies based on the Waste-to-Energy approach—one of the most advanced and essential solutions today.
This method not only helps address the issue of urban waste overload but also generates clean energy, reduces pressure on the national power system, and contributes to sustainable development goals.

Technology Advantages
Tam Sinh Nghia Waste-to-Energy Plant utilizes the advanced SUS-Hitz-Vonroll technology, one of the most modern solutions available today and widely adopted in hundreds of waste-to-energy plants worldwide. This technology is highly adaptable to various types of waste and fluctuations in waste composition, making it an optimal solution for municipal solid waste in Vietnam, which is typically untreated, has high moisture content, and low calorific value.
The plant operates a fully closed waste treatment system, ensuring no impact on the surrounding community. Heat generated from the incineration process is recovered through a steam generation system and converted via turbines into electricity, which is used for plant operations and supplied to the national grid.
Leachate and all wastewater generated during operations are collected and treated within a closed-loop wastewater treatment system. Treated wastewater meets the National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater (QCVN 40:2025/BTNMT – Column A).
Emissions generated during the incineration process are treated using advanced and efficient technologies, meeting current regulations and EURO 2010 emission standards, ensuring no odor or air pollution is released into the environment.
Fly ash generated from the incineration process is collected and managed in accordance with current regulations. Bottom ash is controlled for composition, classified as non-hazardous waste, and reused as raw material for construction materials.
We are committed to developing and bringing into operation the Tam Sinh Nghia Waste-to-Energy Plant under strict technical standards. Through this, the plant aims to become a model environmental project of Ho Chi Minh City, as well as a national center for training and technology transfer in waste-to-energy solutions.
