Requirements \/ Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial &amp; Civil Construction, or related fields;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 3 years directly managing construction sites or supervising works;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficient in technical software such as AutoCAD and MS Project;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of quality management, progress control, occupational safety, and construction acceptance procedures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Systematic thinking, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills at the site;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills with design teams, consultants, and project owners.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>3.
