Job Description<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Perform accounting entries in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, ensuring compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations, as well as internal company policies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Participate in developing, implementing, and guiding accounting policies, procedures, and systems; provide clarification on financial and accounting matters;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Review and control expenses, payment documents, contracts, and financial processes to ensure compliance and optimize budget efficiency;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Prepare, review, and finalize periodic financial statements and annual financial reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Analyze financial data, identify irregularities, and propose improvements to accounting processes and internal control procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with internal and external auditors;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Manage assets, perform accounting entries, and conduct periodic inventory checks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Perform other tasks as assigned by management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>2. Requirements \/ Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solid knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Fluent in Chinese (mandatory);<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting; candidates with audit experience are preferred;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, positive working attitude, and good teamwork skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Good communication and presentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>3.
